On the first page of registration, I would like to collect attendee information for each ticket purchased. This will be soccer camps, so the attendees will be kids. And then on the next page, or a completely different section on the first page at the bottom, I would like to collect additional information from the parent. I see that I can add additional groups of questions to each attendee, but I don’t see a way to have a completely separate section for the additional group of questions.

Hi there,
I don’t see a way to have a completely separate section for the additional group of questions.
You can’t as the questions need to be assigned to a registration.
However what you can do is create a new question group specifically for the Parent, add all of the question required for the parent to that group and then assign that group to the Primary Registrant questions which is the top metabox here – http://take.ms/1CBvc
That question group will then only be requested once as you can only have one primary registrant.
Would that work?
