Adding a-la carte items / products

I’m trying to build an event site that has the following features
1) Required registration to the main event with multiple possible registration tiers (Basic, Premium, VIP+, etc.)

2) The ability for those who register to also sign up for add-on events that have an additional charge.

3) The ability for those who signed up for a registration ticket (from #1) to come back later and buy a pass to one of the add-on events (#2).

How would I do this with Event Espresso?

Hi Jessica,

For item #1, you can set up a registration ticket type for each registration tier. Each registration ticket type can have its own name, price, and quantity limit.

It turns out Event Espresso doesn’t have the feature set you describe in item #2. We plan on adding some new features that could be used for add-on events, and you are invited to vote and leave comments on its trello card:

For item #3, you can make use of the EE4 WP User Integration to 1) Set up member-only events and 2) automatically create a user account when they register for the main event. They’ll receive log in information after they register, and will be able to register for add-on events by logging into their account on your site.
