Adding a certain amount of the payment method through an invoice

Hello,

I have the following situation, when a customer orders ticket or several tickets for an event, I need it when selecting a payment method via invoice to automatically allocate 3.5 CHF to the bill.

So if the order was 40 CHF when it chooses the payment method over the invoice, the total amount would be 43.5 CHF.

How can I do it?

This will require some custom PHP programming that makes use of the WordPress Plugin API.
