add tutor information similar to how you would add a venue

Hi I hope someone is able to help.

I want to be able to assign a tutor/teacher to each course which would then contain information about them to show to the customer who will be running the course. I thought it would work similar to venue information. Is this something that can be done or does anyone know how it might be achieved.

Hi,

You could use the Staff/Speaker systems.

This will need to be enabled via the Use the Staff Manager? option in the General Settings page.

This will add a new menu item called Staff Manager. Here you can create new staff members in a similar way that you would create new venues.

Staff can then be assigned to an event and their details can be shown using the following shortcodes, either in the event description or elsewhere: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/shortcodes-template-variables/#staff
