Add to Cart link not working

Hi a bit of newbie question I have create a multi reg event and added cart as per documentation but I am getting this result

When I click on the register for this event I get taken to this page

I am unable to enter any details.

It is a clean install and EE is the only plugins running

Any help would be appreciated

What is the Event Status set to?

Hi the event status is set to open

Here is what I have got

I have got the events to work ok without the cart link but need multi reg for volume discounting

Hope this helps (by the way very nice plug in)

I’ll need to do some further investigating in order to find out what is causing this.

Hi Allan,

It turns out the Volume Discounts add-on was active, but not fully configured. No event categories were selected to assign the volume discounts to apply to. Since there are not any categories set up yet here, selecting “All Categories” made it work for now.
