My add to cart button stopped functioning. I deactivated my plugins, but nothing happened. Any advice? Thanks! |

The main EE plugin and the MER add-on need to be activated. Can you provide a link? |

Hi Sarah, I checked the page you linked to. The part of the URL that has the name of the event does not look right. Normally the name of the event does not get added to the url Query string. Have the event list templates or the cart.php function file been modified? You could try using the stock versions of these files that are included with Event Espresso to see if that narrows down the issue. |

Hey Josh, I used the default templates for the event list, event list display & add to cart, but it didn’t make a difference. I know you said the url looks funky – but I can’t remember what it used to look like & the add to cart button does have the event name in the parameters…(the buy now button – which has the ee shortcode works just fine…) Any ideas what my add to cart url should look like? Thank you! |
Can you check to see if any of your SEO plugins added some new redirects to the site’s .htaccess file? What should happen is when you click the add to cart it will add the event to the cart and turn into a “View Cart” link. |

Nope, I’ve only got the usual in my .htaccess file. I removed the symlinks stuff, but it didn’t affect anything. # BEGIN WordPress # END WordPress |

Hey Josh, I uploaded a new copy of EE to my server, and now it works. Thanks for your help! |
