Hi
I have an event for a coach trip
A lady has already booked for herself and a friend and paid
Another of her friends would like to be added
Please can you advise how I add this person to their original booking

Hi there,
Currently you can not add/remove registrations to an existing group.
To do this you would need to cancel the original registration, and create a new group registration, selecting the correct number of tickets provide the same details for the initial registrations.
So you would select the registrations within the list and set the status to cancelled – http://take.ms/QDIR2 (then click the apply button next to the status)
Then if you want to add the registrations yourself rather than have the user reapply you can go to Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations.
At the top you can click ‘Add new registration’ to add registrations to that event. So you can select the correct number of tickets and input the same attendee details for the original registration, then include the additional attendees info for the additional ticket.
