I was wondering if there was a way to add the ticket name to the information that is displayed when using lookup with the ee4 barcode scanning page. I’m trying to figure out and easier way to know if an attendee has chosen “preferred seating” tickets vs “general admission” tickets for example.
Not currently and that is because there are a lot of parts so we did not initially make those available for editing as templates.
I do understand that having some extra information could be helpful so I’ve started a discussion to see if we can allow showing of more information while minimizing the chance of a customization breaking the add-on.
Thank you for the response. At least the ticket type or name would really smooth out our check-in and seating process. We hope this can be implemented somehow. Thanks again!
