Add payment to incomplete registration

Is there a way to complete a payment for an Incomplete/Pending Payment registration by opening the registration in our dashboard and entering in the credit card info manually? We are processing payments thru Braintree.

If this is not possible using Braintree can it be done using Stripe?

Hi there,

You can get to a billing form to add a payment by going to the Transactions page, then find the incomplete transaction and look under the Actions column for the Transaction Receipt icon . You click on the receipt icon, which will bring up the transaction receipt. Then you scroll down to the Payments section and you click on the link that says “Please make a payment”. That will bring you to a page with the billing form.
