Hi,
EE looks amazing and perfect for a little dutch theater festival we organize once every year. If I buy the business license and use some of the add-ons, do I have to renew my account each year or will the add-ons remain working without renewal? The festival is that small that $180 p/y would be to expensive for us, but an incidental investment is absolutely worth the money!
And, my second question, does EE have a ‘pay at the door’ option?

The license affects the support of the software. That includes software updates, which we release regularly, and access to the support forums. There is no “kill-switch” which will stop the add-ons from working if your license expires.
There is an “invoice” payment option, as well as a “cash/check” option. You could either print out a list of those who indicated that they would be paying at the door and mark them off as they pay, or if the person you have working the door has a laptop and internet access, they could use the admin interface to enter the attendee’s payment directly.
