Hi – I’m trying to “Add New Ticket” using the default template and CSS. I enter a name, and I’ve tried both leaving the CSS and template dropdowns on the default as well as explicitly selecting simple.css and index.php, but after I hit “Save”, nothing happens. I’m returned to the list of tickets which still appears as empty, and it stays empty if I reload that page. It appears that the new ticket if not getting created/saved – what am I doing wrong? Thanks! p.s. Also, if I try to view the default ticket for an attendee of one of the events, I get what looks like a partially-populated ticket and error messages like this: <code> Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/content/16/11111816/html/wp-content/plugins/espresso-ticketing/functions.php on line 154 Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$event_name in /home/content/16/11111816/html/wp-content/plugins/espresso-ticketing/functions.php on line 201 Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$event_code in /home/content/16/11111816/html/wp-content/plugins/espresso-ticketing/functions.php on line 205 Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$event_identifier in /home/content/16/11111816/html/wp-content/plugins/espresso-ticketing/functions.php on line 323 Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$event_name in /home/content/16/11111816/html/wp-content/plugins/espresso-ticketing/functions.php on line 328 Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$event_desc in /home/content/16/11111816/html/wp-content/plugins/espresso-ticketing/functions.php on line 329 Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$ticket_content in /home/content/16/11111816/html/wp-content/plugins/espresso-ticketing/functions.php on line 351 </code> |
Hi Rob, Can you check which version of WordPress and Event Espresso you have installed please? Tony |

|
Hi, sorry I forgot to include that in the first comment… As far as I know I have the current version of everything: WordPress 3.5.2 |
|
Hi Rob, I can only think that this is a corrupt installation or something. Two things to try to start with: 1) Deactivate Event Espresso and all Event Espresso add ons. Reactivate Event Espresso and the add ons you use. 2) Remove the ticketing add on completely and reinstall. |

This seems to be working after deactivating EE and all add-ons, upgrading to 3.1.34.P, and then reactivating. Now I get a different error which I’ll post separately. |
