I did a quick search but couldn’t find this answer…

I just updated to the latest EE core plugin for tickets/events. I’m attempting to follow the instructions to add/edit tickets to an existing event, but there is no “Available Tickets” list on the Edit Event page on my end.

I’ve been using EE for several years, so I’m used to editing tickets and adding them after the fact, but I can’t edit/add/remove tickets to my latest event that I created (link: https://mystic-south.com/events/mystic-south-2025/)

Hi there,

So do you not see the ‘Event Dates’ and Available Tickets’ sections at all?

Or do those sections show but no date/tickets show within them?

Can you add a screenshot of the Event Editor so I can take a look?

There are no “Event Dates” or “Available Tickets” sections since I updated to the latest EE.

They used to appear beneath the editor window and before any of the extra fields appeared, and now they’re not there.

Strange… so they aren’t aren’t loading at all, or there’s a JavaScript error on the page preventing them from displaying.

Can I take a look in the admin?

If so you can send temp login details over using this form:

I’ve completed the form and you should have the l/p shortly

React is throwning onsole errors relating to your Date/Time formats:

RangeError: Invalid time value
    at DateTimeFormat.formatToParts (<anonymous>)

Looking on your site it looks like you have the WP Date and Time formats set to nothing, which is likely causing this as those are invalid formats.

Go to Dashboards -> Settings -> General.

Set your Date and Time formate to one of the presets available there to test if this is the case and save.

Then refresh the event editor, does it then load?

Super weird, as I’ve never changed those ever. Thanks for finding that. Fixing those fixed the issue!

Awesome! I’m glad that worked.

Any further issues just let me know.

Regarding the date format, EE doesn’t update those settings but it used to be common a while back for people to empty those fields to stop dates/times displaying on the front end. Maybe it was changed a while ago to do that and hasn’t caused an issue until the new editor requires valid date formats to work?
