add new registration expired ticket

I want to add a student to a class that started last night. I increased the ticket sales date but it still tells me ticket sales have expired. How do I register new student for this class?

Hi there,

To add registrations to an event, you need a ticket that is ‘on sale’ and also a datetime that is upcoming (the ‘Event Start’ is in the future) or active (Event Start has passed but ‘Event End’ is still a date in the future).

So do you have both of those on the event?

Can you add a screenshot of your ‘Event Tickets & Datetimes’ section on the event? You can set the reply to private if preferred.
