How add new Payment Gateway? Can i read documentation for this?

Hello,

If you mean a payment gateway that is not supported by us, then it would require custom coding. We can code this for you at a cost, though our work queue is fairly long currently.

If you are looking to create it yourself, we have no formal documentation on it, you would be best to de-engineer one of the existing gateways to see how the process works.
