Add more attendees button is not working

The add more attendees button suddenly don’t work. We don’t know what changes we made or what causes that but it worked for some days ago. Now nothing happens

we even tried to re-place the files with EE original files but it seems not to make any difference. Any solutions?

That toggle uses Javascript and there is a js error on that page from your theme:

Is your theme up to date?

Yes we noticed that it was the theme
