Add More Attendees?

Hello,
How can I show multiple attendees registrations forms and remove “Add More Attendees? click to toggle, limit .. ) from the registration page? We have an event where group registrations are allowed and we don’t people to click on toggle to add more registration forms. Instead all the registrations forms should shown by default.
