Is there a way to add a day of the week with the date of the event? I would like the day of the week to appear with each event on the Archive:Events page, the View Details Screen, and in the Event Cart.

Hi there,
EE uses the date format set for your site in Dashboard -> Settings -> General -> Date Format, if you set that format to also display the day of the week EE will display the dates using that form.
Note that the above change will make ALL dates on your site use that format (not just Event Espresso but everywhere)
We do have some filters within EE that allow you to change the format used on for EE if you prefer that?
May I ask what is the exact format you want to use?

I’d like all of the dates to include the day of the week and read, for example, Wednesday, December 19, 2018. I did go to the dashboard settings but didn’t an option to include the day of the week.

You won’t find an option for it as the default doesn’t include a day of the week, but you can use a custom format.
For ‘Wednesday, December 19, 2018’ you can use l, F j, Y in the date format field – http://take.ms/iDFs5
