I just purchased this and am setting up all of the information. However, when I get to the categories, nothing happens. I have closed out and gone back in and was able to create two but none other that those. I think they were a fluke. I have tried with three different browsers to no avail. No matter what I do, it just brings me back to the top of the page. I really need to add three more categories and I will be done with it for the duration! (I’ve disabled Next Gen and increased the memory to 128mb) Help please!
Do you have access to the error logs on your server? You might want to check them to see what errors you are getting. OR you can turn on WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file.
Hi. I didnt get any errors back. I keep trying to no avail. It’s really rather frustrating. I just need two more categories! But, for now I will have to do with out them…
I have answered your calendar question here. Can you send your WordPress admin credentials in the “I am sending login info as requested” form on our Contact page so we can take a look?
@Silvestro I logged into your site. I see that you have updated Event Espresso the latest version. I just created a category with no problems (screenshot). Can you please try it again?
