Add Attendee to Past Event

I had some late attendees to my event and now need to go back and add them to the event, which has now concluded. Is there a way to go back and add an attendee to an event that has been closed?

Hi there,

You can’t add registrations to expired events/tickets/datetimes so to be able to add registrations to the event you will need to temporarily alter the end dates for both the datetime(s) and ticket(s) that you are registering onto so the event is ‘active’ or ‘upcoming’ once again.

Then you can add a registration through Event Espresso -> Events -> {Hover over event} -> Registrations -> Add new registration.

You will likely also want to set the ‘Display Ticket Selector’ option to No within the event to prevent users on the front end registering onto any of your ticket.

Once finished you can set the date back to a date in the past to close the event again.
