Add additional ticket to completed registration

We have an event (http://iliads.org/events/iliads-2018/) where participants need to select both a registration fee “ticket” and a Room & Board “ticket). However, some participants have only selected from an item from one of those two categories and then gone ahead and completed the registration. Is there a way to ask them to return to their already completed registration and add an item from the second category? Or will they need to complete a second purchase, selecting only from the category they neglected to choose from in their initial purchase?

Hi Darren,

They’ll actually need to do the latter, complete a second purchase where they select only from the category they neglected to choose from earlier.
