I am looking at using woocommerce as my store front end and EE as the event backend. There is a hook to run a php function after a particular product has been purchased in woocommerce. Can you give me a pointer to the function or functions I would have to do call in PHP to register someone for an event from information passed by woo commerce
A few other things to keep in mind: When a registration is recorded (along with the contact record, transaction record) there is a lot of logic happening behind the scenes that goes beyond just creating a registration object. This may require a thorough discovery process on your part to map out exactly what data are you providing from woo commerce, and how each item of data relates to corresponding items of data for Event Espresso. For example, your code will need to provide the event id, ticket id, price ID, registration form data, and so on.
