add a registrant to a course that has been closed

Is there any way to add a registrant to a course that has been closed, without opening the course back up to the general public?

My understanding is that we have to adjust the date and/or the number of available tickets in order to do so, but this means that theoretically, someone browsing the website could snag the open ticket while I’m trying to add the registrant.

Hi there,

You do need to ‘open’ the event up again, however if you set the ‘Display Ticket selector’ option in the settings to the right to No the event will not display a ticket selector on the front end and you can add the registrant through the admin.
