Hi

I am trying to activate EE with a support license key but it doesn’t appear to be working. Please can you help.

Hi James,

This isn’t working as expected as your support license expired earlier this year. You can purchase a new support license and those support license keys will be reactivated.

This was your prior support license:

If you only need support for one website, then please follow up with us through our contact page and we’ll remove those extra support license keys:
