Are there any hooks for actions/filters available to customise the calendar output?
e.g. I don’t want to display event details within the calendar itself, I just want to highlight dates that have events on, and then allow the user to click the date and have the archive list change to events for that month/day.
I can do everything through CSS except add the link to the dates with events in. I could do it with JS but I’d rather not – are there any exposed actions/filters?

I don’t believe there are filters exposed in the calendar code, but if you find a place where it’d help to add filters, we can give your Github account access to the Calendar repository on Github if you’d like to do a pull request.
