Account Uprgrade not showing!

Hi Jessica,

Hopefully we can get this sorted for you ASAP.

The Sales team is currently offline, as such could you email a copy of your purchase email to for review?

Once we confirm it’s in order we can resolve the issues with the account. Sorry for the extra step, support doesn’t have access to sales details.
