Account Credit

Hi,

Is there a feature planned so that when a user cancels an event there account is given a credit for that ticket value to use on another event?

Also is there scope for sorting transactions via their status and viewing how much they are in credit by on the main screen.

We’ve previously had a couple of requests for a ‘credit’ system and its on our roadmap here:

However, it’s had very few votes so is unlikely to be worked on anytime soon without sponsorship as we work on the most requested features.

Also is there scope for sorting transactions via their status and viewing how much they are in credit by on the main screen.

We don’t have any planned features for the above so its not something we’ve lokked into, but if a credit system was introduced it would be possible to include the above.
