I have been using EE4 for the past 3+ years. Up until the last few months, I was always able to access my dashboard using the browser on my phone (iphone). recently, something has changed and while I am able to access the dashboard, when I click on an event, I am no longer able to see any information about that event.
The first link is to a picture of what I used to see on my phone and what I can still see when using a non apple phone: https://www.fearlessflyersacademy.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Screenshot_20190702-172635.jpg
This second link is to a screenshot of what I see when I try and access the same event/information: https://www.fearlessflyersacademy.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/IMG_4023.png
How can I fix this?
The way forward to fix this will be to find out what changed on your site that would cause this. One possible cause would be another plugin that adds in some extra CSS or other code that could affect that page. So you could try temporarily deactivating other plugins on the site.
Hi Josh,
I went in and deactivated all the plug ins that are not EE plugins. I then cleared the cache on my phone and tried to access the event information again. I got the same thing. A blank space where all the information should be. Any other ideas about what is going wrong?
It’s also possible that the active WordPress theme has some admin-only styles that are interfering. If you have a dev/staging site you could temporarily switch to one of the default WordPress themes and see if that makes a difference.
