Access to my support topics

Dear sir, madam,
I am working with a new version of EE and come accross a very annoying issue. To access my topics is a hell of a problem. When I get a reply on my support question, I need to sign in. I sign in, go to My Topics or Subscribed Topics and click my topic. Again, it will tell me to sign in first. This goes on and on. What would be the right procedure!! Kind regards, Rob

Hi there,

That’s strange and is not expected.

It sounds like you are getting a cached version of the thread page which is then asking you to log in. The next time you log in and visit your support thread if it asks you to log in again, try hard refreshing the page (Windows: CTRL+F5, Mac: CTRL+SHIFT+R), does it no long request login?

I’ll create a ticket to investigate this further as the above isn’t a proper solution but will confirm if you are getting a cached page.

Hi Tony,
Cleaning history and cache made this topic available.
I will wait till it happens again that get in de loop and try again. If clearing history and cache works again, I will let you know so we can close this topic. Thanks for your help. Kind regards, Rob
