I don’t have my website that had the Event Expresso login, I can get too event expresso from a browser but does not allow me to see my Event info. Is there a way to access the info without a web page front? Help appreciated, I am new to this so sorry if kinda dumb

Hi there,

My apologies but I’m not sure I understand.

I don’t have my website that had the Event Expresso login

Which Event Espresso login? This site (eventespresso.com) is the only unique ‘login’ you will have for Event Espresso.

I can get too event expresso from a browser but does not allow me to see my Event info.

So you can access your events on the front end of the site but can’t log into the admin side of the site?

Thanks Tony. I can get to Event Expresso ands see my license info and renewal dates. In the system we had we could access all the event info and participants via a logon page we clicked on, then I would see event info, some graphs, participants names with menus down the left side of the page. Our WP site seems to have been lost… Can I get there another way?

Ah, ok. So I follow now.

Thanks Tony. I can get to Event Expresso ands see my license info and renewal dates.

So this is you EventEspresso.com account, its the account for support and to download EE/Add-ons etc.

In the system we had we could access all the event info and participants via a logon page we clicked on, then I would see event info, some graphs, participants names with menus down the left side of the page.

That sounds like the admin side of your site, your WP admin.

We don’t have access to any of that data, it is all stored within your site’s database so its not something I/we here at EventEspresso.com can give you access to.

However…

Our WP site seems to have been lost… Can I get there another way?

Lost? Losing/Moving a site is a lot harder to do than it sounds without it being an intentional move.

I’ll add some additional links in a private reply after this one.

the sc-ma.com site is a new site, built on different platform. That site does not use EventExpresso … The previous website used EventExpresso and WordPress.. Under the accounts we have we cannot find the definitions of our previous site. Our site ran into difficulties with our technical person and we have whaat we have of the old system. I have access to the CPanel and I can see a DB but I cant seem to find Event info and Participant info…. Again appreciate your help and ideas
