Hi, We deal with external people who need access to the registration lists of specific events, and would like to know if we can automate this rather than doing a manual excel dump and email every time they ask!

Thanks

Hi Angus,

Have you taken a look at these addons:

https://eventespresso.com/product/espresso-permissions-basic/
https://eventespresso.com/product/espresso-permissions-pro/

Basically they allow the creation of new roles that can have their access to EE limited.

Basic will create an admin role that has access to the full site, but can be limited on what they can do in EE.

Pro (requires Basic) can create different roles that can only access EE and also be limited.

The Event Manager role allows a person to create and manage their own events (but not ones created by someone else, including admins).

The Regional Manager role is very similar but they can be assigned events based on Locale (locale is tied to a venue, so the event must have a venue).

Been looking at them, and looks like the Basic will allow entry to only event/attendee listing page – is that the same as the attendee report page?

If we can do that and restrict access to the WP elements, then that sounds great!

Thanks

Hi,

The event/attendee listing page is indeed the Event overview and with it the Attendee Overview pages.

This is a picture of the Event Admin with the event/attendee listing page access only http://take.ms/X9FKj
