Hi,
I would like to create a event registration website for my client. We would like to know few things on the functions before the purchase of license. Please kindly help.
1. Is it possible to avoid the same registrant to select the second event which is time-crash with his previous registered event?
e.g. I have registered an event to be held today from 1700 – 1900. Then when I register another event, which is of the same timeslot/ crash the timeslot of the previous event, the system will warns me and disallow me to register.
2. Is it possible to allow admin manual confirmation of registration for particular payments, as well cancellation of enrollment?

Also, if I have a series of events at different sessions, once a user register one event from the series, he/she cannot register the other event of the same series. Is it possible?

Hi,
Thanks for your interest in Event Espresso. If you haven’t already you can test drive EE4 over at http://demoee.org
1) Not by default no.
2) Pre approval is allowed, but not based on payment type. What happens is the person registers but does not / can not pay until the admin approves them. The admin can of course cancel attendees from the admin area. Please note refunds need to be process via your payment processor.
3) This is similar to number one, and currently we do not have a feature that allows this.

Hi,
We have a very basic Alpha version that is available on request. It is currently quite basic and may contain bugs (it’s an Alpha version after all), I believe it only offers the ability to auto fill forms and create users from attendees.
EE 4.5 will ship with a stronger capabilities system, which means that you can use normal membership plugins to restrict content. It won’t however be able to offer things like member pricing.
