Hi Support Team,

I see that we can set the default status for Registration in Event Detail.

Is there a way to config the default transaction status?

Currently we want the transaction status will be APPROVE (Completed) after payment success and return to Thank you page of Event Espresso.

Please help to check it.

Hi,

Not there isn’t a way to set the transaction status in the settings.

You might be able to do it via the code, but I spent some time looking for an appropriate filter and couldn’t find one.

Currently we want the transaction status will be APPROVE (Completed) after payment success and return to Thank you page of Event Espresso.

Do you want to change the current phrasing of the transactions status or you want the transaction status to be ‘Complete’ after payment is made?

By default EE will update the transactions status as the attendee pays.

Unless you are using an offline payment gateway that is the default behavior.

Can you explain the steps you are taking and what is happening currently please?
