And the forms are not always being emailed as well, though i have done everything recommended.
Is this comment related to Event Espresso? The reason I ask is because Event Espresso does not email forms. Instead, it sends emails regarding payment confirmation, registration information, and payment reminders. If you suspect there’s an issue with emails not being sent, have you verified this by using an Email Log plugin? This is the one we recommend:
It’s important to discern whether the emails are actually not getting sent, or if they’re actually getting sent, but not received. If you have not already done so, you could set up a transactional email plugin, you’ll find more info & recommendations here:
