What specifically would a registrant have done to get an Abandoned email? They were trying to register for an event on their phone and it didn’t work. I did it for them on a computer and it went through perfectly. They tell me they didn’t abandon the transaction, but I’m guessing they didn’t get all the way to the Submit button. Any thoughts?
A registration got Abandoned when someone took too long to complete the registration or left the process in between.
Can you please make sure none of the above are the cases for your client?
Also, can you please go to Registration Form > Registration form settings > Session Settings > Session Lifespan > There make sure is set to enough time to complete the registration process:

I’m fairly certain that the client inadvertently abandoned the process inadvertently, especially where she was doing it on a cell phone and indicated that she wasn’t able to see all of the screen. I did check my Session Settings and it is at one hour. Thank you again for your prompt response.
