Our Instructors have noticed that registrants who have abandoned their cart and haven’t fully registered for the course are showing up in the app as a course attendee.
You mentioned that they should show up in the list with a “Pending Payment” note. You also said that the Instructor can filter the view to see only “Approved” registrations. However, is there any way to show “Approved” only registrations in the app and “Pending Payment” ones don’t show at all? They have no need to see the “Pending Payment” and I don’t want to cause confusion.
It’s currently not possible to change the default behaviour of the apps without modifying the code within the app itself.
When you view the attendees the app sends a REST request specifically for ‘all’ registrations excluding those with the status of ‘Incomplete’. We can’t change that server-side so the app would need changing for this.
The only way to remove those additional registrations with the current set up is to delete them from the admin prior to the event.
