I am in active registration and I noticed that we had an abandoned cart. I wanted to be sure that this registrant had an opportunity to go back a fulfill his registration and make payment etc.
Event Espresso does not send any emails to abandoned registrations so this would nee to be triggered by the admin.
You could use the Payment Reminder email rather than pending payment (both similar), for that you can follow the steps posted HERE in that other thread.
