Having registration issues when a user enters an email address with @sbcglobal.net domain they receive an error message saying, “a valid ‘A record’ could not be located for that address and domain. Please enter a valid email address.”
True that domain has no A record but it is a valid email and the domain has valid MX records. How can we disable or resolve this one?
You can go to Event Espresso > Registration Form > Reg Form Settings and select another option for the Email Validation Level setting. Any of the other choices there will remove the additional MX and A record checks added by the “International + DNS Check” option.
