Is there a shortcode that can be used to display all events in a location e.g. State?
I know there is the shortcode to display events from a particular category [EVENT_LIST event_category_id=2], but cannot see how to it for anything else?

Hi,
Event filtering wise we have the Categories and not much else. However, these can be very powerful. What you can do is add a category to the events for the state, and then have a separate page listing out that category. [EVENT_LIST event_category_id=2]
An alternative but perhaps more limiting, is to use the venue shortcode to show all events at that venue https://eventespresso.com/wiki/shortcodes-template-variables/#venue-list
