Hi,
I am setting up a website for a local running club who host an annual running race. I was looking for an online entry system and Espresso seems to come out top. Before I buy the licence can I check:
1 – assuming the server is able to handle the traffic will Espresso be able to handle about 2000 registrations in the first 2 hours of going online?
2 – Also, can Espresso allow users to register to set up their own profile that we can use to display their previous entries and times from years gone by?

Hello Richard,
Thank you for your interest in Event Espresso.
1- Yes, Event Espresso should not have any problems with that kind of traffic, if your server can handle it.
2- You would probably need to use something bbPress and to accomplish this.
