How do I list a Registration field for each event, under each event?
I have the Multi-Event add-on.
How can they enter the registrants in an attendee field, as it is attached to the event?

Hi there,
On your events you need to set the ‘Personal Information’ question group to be collected for additional registrations, it’s the bottom section shown in this screenshot:

That’s set on each individual event, the first event that is added to the cart will set up the checkout process so I recommend setting all of them to collect additional registrant details.
