Hi there, So for #1 and #3, you can create an event listing page and use the show_expired and order_by shortcode parameters that are available to use with the [EVENT_LIST] shortcode: Please note that the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode cannot be replaced with [EVENT_LIST], you can hide the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] page from the website’s navigation menu in the WordPress menu manager if you have another page listing the events. Please also note that the page with the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode needs to stay published for the registration system to work. For #3, you could use the [EVENT_SEARCH] shortcode to add an autocomplete event search tool. For #4, it looks like the issue there is that the Calendar is overlapping some of these events. I’d recommended trying version 2.0.1 of the calendar, which can be downloaded here: |

4; fix worked, thank you 1.3; are not working, used the “[EVENT_LIST show_expired=false]” Also one is a widget and the settings and issue is – http://screencast.com/t/KV2UrW1bshND Also we launched our site on our original domain, so it’s license is under a beta name. How do I change the license domain (from beta.ccfam.org to crossroadsnewnan.org) |

Any further thoughts? |
Hi there, What are the registration end dates set for the events that are still displaying even after they’ve occurred? They can be set to have registration end dates in the past so they’ll not show up in the list. We’ll need to reset the license key in order to switch the domains. Let us know when you’re ready and we’ll reset the key. |

Go for the reset, checking on the other. |

Here is the settings for one of the ones that isn’t coming off – http://grab.by/h0hm Seems like it should come off? |
|
I think I see, but if it’s a recurring event do we need to individually change each one? The end date is set for December… but that’s becuase that is when that cycle ends, not that individual event, you know?

Hi there, When you first go to set up recurring events, it will ask you if you’d like to set the open registration dates according to the formula. If you set it to the option where it doesn’t use a formula, then all the dates in a series will be open for registration according to the dates you specify. What you can do now is change these individually. I’ve reset the key for your site license. You’ll need to go to Event Espresso> General Settings and save the options so the key will reset on your end. |
