A "Choose your date" dropdown on the event registration form

Is it possible to add a dropdown with all future dates of a recurring event?

I’d like to be able to have 1 form for all of the the same recurring events so that the user isn’t sent to a different page when the default date doesn’t work for them.

If I need to better explain what I’m looking for, I can.

Hi Brittany,

What you are after isn’t completely possible with the way we create Recurring events, as each event is an individual event and thus has its own page.

However we are working on a templating project that has something in it that might be suitable for you – http://d.pr/i/cWu0

It isn’t released yet but we are pretty confident it will be released shortly.

There are some template files located in the recurring events plugin already, that can be copied to the uploads/espresso/templates. These are being phased out though as they are not very user friendly.

Do you guys have a more solid ETA, or just coming soon?

No date at this point.

What you can do with the currently available products is use the [ESPRESSO_CSS_DROPDOWN] shortcode on a page. Here is a link to its documentation:

Already using that, thanks though.

I’ll keep a lookout for the new template files when you guys release them!
