a button alternative instead of white field?

Hi I saw this post https://eventespresso.com/topic/solution-choose-a-seat-button/
about how to implement a button instead. But we cant really understand what this guy is saying where to implement the code.
we found the map expresso seating – functions – actions.php
but we couldn’t find
espressoincludesfunctionsmain.php ??? is it even in the same map?

Hi Niklas,

That should be wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/includes/functions/main.php

Then just add the function within that thread to the bottom of that file.
