Just bought and installed EE4. The offer is saying it has 51+ features. Where can i find those features?

I believe that you are referring to this features page:
https://eventespresso.com/features/
The features with a blue EE4 tag means that is available in the core plugin for Event Espresso.
Which feature or features did you have a question about?

Can’t find “event posts” feature.

Events are WordPress posts, so when you create an event, it’s creating a WordPress custom post type.
