New user here set up an event multiple times and getting the same problem. I can create an event perfectly fine, and add tickets that cost $1,695 and $1,395. But when I add a VIP ticket option at $3,495, when I save the page I get a 500 error and can’t access the event page again. Even from the main events directory, trying to access this event results in a 500 error. I have to delete the entire event and start over. At whatever point I add the $3,495 ticket lever, the page breaks and I am not able to continue. Any idea what the problem may be?

Hi there,

That’s a strange one, I’m not getting the same issue on any of my test sites when inputting that value for the ticket – http://take.ms/21yMl & http://take.ms/21yMl

Error 500 is a generic error that is shown when there a fatal error in the background, it could mean almost anything, however, your server will likely log the full error in the error logs so do you have access to those?

Or if you add this code: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#wpdebug

To your wp-config.php file, it will save the error in /wp-content/debug.log so we can see the full error.
