Yes, the iPad app has a settings panel where this can be increased. This note is in the app’s documentation:
Changing the default settings
If you have more than 100 events, attendees, or registrations you’ll need to update the app’s default settings. You can go into the iOS device settings and scroll down past the apps developed by Apple to where you see individual app settings. There you can tap Event Espresso and go into its settings and adjust the default settings as needed.
When i put unlimited it only shows 50 and 200 is not enough for me. I think it is ignoring some events with later Ids when querying so event though it is sorting by date it is only querying the first 200 based in their ID if im not mistaking.
Can you check what’s set for the Default Query limits in the JSON API settings in the WP admin? It will look like the settings page in the documentation:
