404 Page Not Found for new Events

Hi,

I just created a set of 4 new events, and although they appear on the grid list, when the event is selected to start registration I get a 404 error message.

Here’s the event list page: http://www.polite.com/for-parents/class-registration/
Here’s what should be the a class registration page: http://www.polite.com/events/7th-8th-9th-grade-manners-class-burlingame-2017-18/

I need to get these up and rolling ASAP, so any help would be appreciated.

Hi Orysia,

It looks like there’s either another plugin or a theme function that’s also reserving the events part of the URL for an events Custom Post type. Here’s how you can fix this:

You go to Event Espresso > Events > Templates and scroll down to the Event Slug option and change the setting to be something like
available-classes, then save.
