404 message appears when trying to view ticket

A 404 message appears when a customer attempts to view their ticket by clicking ‘print your tickets’ from the email they receive.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Hi Andrew,

It sounds like the ticketing message type has been deactivated. You can reactivate it by going to Event Espresso > Messages > Settings > Html, then drag the ticket message type over to the messenger box to activate it.
