1. I recently had to have the support license key reset and now I’m getting this message:

A new version of Event Espresso is available. View What's New with version 4.9.2.p. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

2. On my events that have a “read more” set, the page/event id is showing up in the excerpt. It was suggested that I turn off debugging and I did, but it’s still showing up there.

3. My events with a status of “Sold Out” are unpublishing themselves. I would like to be able to change the status to sold out and have the event page/calendar page still visible.

1. I checked into this and it appears that your license key is registered on both http://www.hrgirlfriends.com and hrgirlfriends.com. Is there a reason that your site resolves to both domains? Can you check with your host to see if they can make the site go to one of the two?

2. You can check your theme’s templates to see if there’s any code that’s echoing out the post ID. You can first check the accesspress_mag_excerpt() template tag function as well as the content-archive.php file.

3. Sold out events continue to display on the calendar and event page.

Thank you so much!

On number3, I think I may have found a bug. When I mark the event status as sold out an then hit update, the event changes to a draft and won’t publish. It also then makes itself a 404 page.

It doesn’t do this if I just make the datetime/ticket limits both be maxed out, BUT the event status then says upcoming instead of saying sold out.

I didn’t get the same results when I manually changed an event to sold out like in your video. In any case, if you hit publish it will retain its sold out status and not 404.

That’s the thing. It’s not – at least not for me.

If I change the status to “Sold Out” and hit update, the page becomes a draft. If I hit publish after that it changes the page status back to “upcoming” instead of saying sold out.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hello,

I’ve run through similar testing and it shows as sold out:

Is there any custom coding related to Event Espresso running on your website?

Good Morning!

No, no custom coding, but you’re right the ticket itself says that it’s sold out, but the active event status is what won’t allow itself be listed as “Sold Out”. You know the badge that shows on the page if you choose that option…screenshot: http://cl.ly/1Y1z3q3V3K2Y. Changing that is what is unpublishing the page.

It might be another plugin in the mix that’s affecting your site.
