3 digit Tax Rounding Issue

Hi,

Have anyone found a solution on the tax rounding problem?

The following 2 posts where closed but even with the latest version of EE I still have this problem. I leave in Quebec/Canada and our provincial tax is 9.975%. It rounds up to 9.98%.
